The project for the modernization of panel residential buildings is aimed at creating a modern, eco-friendly, and energy-efficient environment for residents, with a focus on the use of recycled materials and the preservation of architectural integrity. A key aspect of this approach is the ability to dismantle and reuse facade panels.

This structural system allows for the easy removal and replacement or renovation of existing facade elements. For reconstruction, two types of facade panels will be used, with lengths of 3 meters and 6 meters, ensuring flexibility in design and adaptation to different types of panel buildings. The height of the panels will depend on the specific building series.
